My NZXT Cable Combs are not Lighting up

If you are using an RGB Gen 2 controller and CAM is detecting the RGB Gen 2 controller but the RGB Gen 2 cable combs are not lighting up or are lighting up in abnormal colors, try the following troubleshooting steps.

  • Please, double-check and make sure the CAM application is detecting your Cable combs as well as the controller.
  • Make sure all the connections from the RGB Gen 2 controller to the cable combs are properly plugged in. Unplug and reseat them all back into place if possible
  • If you are daisy-chaining multiple RGB components together, try plugging the cable combs directly into an empty RGB Gen 2 channel to see if any of them are faulty
  • If you are still not getting any lighting to inspect the cable combs for possible damages and contact our support team if you need a replacement.
