Sometimes CAM may not start for a few potential reasons, typically related to a problem with your settings or a problem with the CAM software itself.
Firstly, please verify that CAM is allowed to start up with windows. To do this, search for the "Startup" application via the Windows 10 Search Bar and make sure CAM is set to "On."
Additionally, make sure within CAM that startup with Windows is selected.
If CAM is still not pulling up or doesn't start when manually opening the application, this could be a problem with the wrong configuration of CAM. Deleting these bad configuration files can typically resolve an issue like this. You will need to delete the NZXT CAM configuration folder at the following file path.
C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\NZXT CAM or you can access this folder by typing %appdata% into your windows search bar and pressing enter.
Once deleted, you can attempt to open CAM again. If CAM still does not open, you will need to clean your installation of CAM entirely via a 3rd party software known as Revo Uninstaller. You can download this at the link below:
Once removed, download the latest CAM installer from our site here. We also recommend you try out the CAM Beta at the link here. If your issue is still not resolved after reinstalling CAM, we recommend contacting our Customer Service Team for further assistance.
